Hidden Legend Media is a marketing agency based in Wylie, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit hiddenlegendmedia.com, contact us, request a Legend Lead Audit, or work with us as a client, and what we do with it.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request an audit, book a meeting, call, text or email us, we collect what you share, such as your name, business name, email, phone number, website and details about your business.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours and our analytics providers use cookies and similar tools to collect basic details such as your IP address, browser, device, the pages you visit and the site that sent you to us.
Call information. If you call one of our tracking numbers, we may log the date, time, length of the call and the calling number so we can tell which marketing brought the call in.
We use your information to respond to you, deliver the audit or services you asked for, schedule meetings, send invoices and receipts, improve our website, measure how our own marketing performs, and send occasional updates you can opt out of at any time. We may also use it when the law requires.
We do not sell your personal information.

When a client gives us access to their Google, social media, website or advertising accounts, we use that access only to do the work we were hired to do. Client data belongs to the client. We stop using that access when our work together ends, and we encourage clients to remove our access at that time.

We keep information as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires, and then delete it.
